PROJECT BIO

The Nexus Training and Production Facility for L3 Technologies provides a host of specialist facilities including a global centre for excellence in airline training that houses eight RealitySeven™ flight simulators, at a cost of £12 million each.

In addition, sitting opposite is another facility, of a similar size, where 30 of the state-of-the-art simulators are manufactured each year by 300 employees.

Throughout the project, Tate Consulting acted as client agent to ensure all the critical components of the project were delivered on time and on budget, as well as overseeing the fire safety requirements.
