The Great Charles Street development involves the redevelopment of a 2.6 acre brownfield site at Ludgate Hill Car Park in the Jewellery Quarter of Birmingham.

The 63,760 sq. m development includes a 39-storey tower with 722 new homes alongside a range of on-site amenities, such as shared lounges, flexible workspaces, health and wellbeing facilities and a gym as well as a new public realm and space for retail and hospitality businesses.
