PROJECT BIO

This state-of-the-art facility was built for what is arguably the world’s most famous car brand. It covers 323,000 sq. ft and is a technology and logistics centre for Rolls Royce, which is located at Oldlands Farm Business Park and close to the luxury car brand’s factory in Goodwood.

Tate Consulting provided infrastructure master planning, M&E, fire and energy engineering consultancy services across the fully racked buildings. Our work involved providing the heating, electrical, ventilation, fire and sprinkler design services.
