PROJECT BIO

This new £30m facility is a fully racked logistics facility for Kellogg’s, providing 500,000 sq. ft of warehouse space.

Tate Consulting provided full M&E design service and fire engineering for the whole project. We offered design services for heating, electrical services, ventilation, fire and sprinkler design. The project was very challenging as we worked through Covid lockdowns, with staff and workers furloughed and suppliers closed. However, the project finished on time and on budget.
