One of the largest automated car parts facilities in the West Midlands, Euro Parts’ new depot stocks more than 150,000 product lines and despatches at least 200,000 items every night to the Euro Parts branch network. Covering 1m sq. ft, it’s on the 400-acre Birch Coppice Business Park at Junction 10 of the M42 near Dordon.

We provided consulting services on design services for heating, electrical, ventilation, fire, sprinkler and MHE (material handling equipment) across the entire facility, comprising 47,500 sq. ft of offices, the 720,000 sq. ft logistics facility and more than 228,000 sq. ft of mezzanine space.
