Apricot Clothing’s purpose built new national distribution centre sits within a prepared industrial zone in Biggleswade. Spanning 120,000 sq ft, the development includes a large warehouse and distribution centre as well as high quality office space and 30,000 sq ft mezzanine floor.

Tate Consulting provided infrastructure master planning, M&E and energy engineering consultancy services across the building. Our work involved providing the heating, electrical, ventilation, fire and design services.
