Leeds never stands still and we’re now working on two of the city’s biggest residential schemes, each worth in excess of £1bn, after being appointed to Caddick Group’s South Village mixed-use neighbourhood and more recently the Khalbros Eastgate Quarter development, next to Victoria Gate.
Both these mixed-use neighbourhood regeneration schemes include PBSA and residential homes, as well as extensive public realm, workspaces, hospitality, and leisure amenities.
These latest appointments follow our ongoing success and long-term involvement, from initial design through to project delivery, on the £350million SOYO neighbourhood project.
