We’re currently working on several large-scale, transformational projects in Birmingham and it’s brilliant to see work complete on the Jewellery Quarter’s stunning new neighbourhood.

Known as Makers Place, this development by Moda now offers 722 magnificent BTR apartments across three blocks as well as first-class amenities

Building a development of this size was never going to be easy and the finance deal was the largest ever in a UK regional city for a build to rent development, but to see it finished makes the hard work of the entire development team worthwhile.

And it’s further strengthened our position in Birmingham with work progressing well on Stone Yard in Digbeth, which will offer 995 homes, and construction will soon start on 456 apartments on Kent Street, known as Oasis, which will be delivered in a joint venture between McLaren Living and HEIM Global.
