23 Jan Tate Appointed For New Leeds Residential Development

Developer ModaLiving has appointed Tate Consulting to provide MEP and Sustainability services for a new mixed use development at Quarry Hill, Leeds. The scheme incorporates a variety of uses including 705 high-spec, fully serviced apartments and over 160,000 sq ft of mixed use commercial space.

The Quarry Hill development will provide strong connections to Victoria Gate and the City and is planned to include 5 and 11 storey residential blocks designed for the private rented sector (PRS).

The Leeds PRS development follows on from Tate’s work with ModaLiving on the Angel Gardens PRS development in Manchester for which construction has recently commenced.
