22 Nov Tate Consulting Appointed For Next Phase At Royal Wharf, London

Tate Consulting have been appointed for Phase 3 of Ballymore Group and Oxley’s riverside development in Royal Wharf Docks, London.

Tate Consulting are providing a detailed MEP design service in BIM and are working closely with architects Todd, structural engineers OCSC and contractor Roundstone, in coordinating the design of this phase of the development, which has a planned completion date of December 2020.

Phase 3 of the development includes 960 apartments, office, retail and restaurant space and adds to Tate’s existing work on Phase 2 of the development and which now means the company is working on almost 2,000 apartments on the Royal Wharf development. Overall the Royal Wharf is anticipated to provide 3,300 properties on the 40 acre site and is planned to house around 10,000 new residents.
