01 Jan Tate Consulting appointed at Royal Wharf Docks

Tate Consulting have been appointed to provide full MEP design services for phase 2B of Ballymore Group and Oxley’s riverside development in Royal Wharf Docks, London. 

Tate Consulting are providing a detailed MEP design service in BIM and are working closely with architects WCEC, structural engineers OCSC and contractor Roundstone, in coordinating the design of this phase of the development, which has a planned completion date of December 2017.   

Phase 2B of the development includes 958 apartments, 12 town houses, retail and leisure space and is part of the larger development of 3,300 properties on the 40 acre site due to house around  10,000 new residents.  The Royal Wharf development will be almost 45% public open space and includes a riverfront promenade, leisure facilities and retail space.
