Tate Appointed for Bretton Hall Re-Development

Tate Consulting has been appointed by Rushbond plc to provide Mechanical & Electrical design services (M&E) for the development and refurbishment of Bretton Hall Estate, near Wakefield in West Yorkshire.

Bretton Hall is a Grade II listed building and provides the opportunity to create a new hospitality, conference, wedding and event venue, strategically located between Leeds and Sheffield, within the City of Wakefield.

Rushbond is working in partnership with the City of Wakefield Metropolitan District Council and Yorkshire Sculpture Park, for the re-use and re-development of the Bretton Hall Estate which involves the creation of a luxury hotel alongside new workspace and office accommodation within a mix of new and also refurbished buildings.

Tate Consulting is initially providing infrastructure design and master planning services followed by M&E design services for the reburbishment of the hall and associated buildings and the planned new buildings to be built on the estate.
