31 Oct Tate Consulting appointed for Rolls Royce’s new Technology and Logistics Centre at Oldlands Farm Business Park

Tate Consulting has been selected by Bericote Properties to provide consulting engineering services for a new 323,000 sq ft technology and logistics centre for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars.

The new facility is located at Oldlands Farm Business Park on the northern edge of Bognor Regis, which is close to the Rolls Royce factory in Goodwood. Construction is due to take 48 weeks to complete and Tate Consulting are providing consulting services for the mechanical, electrical and fire engineering aspects of the project.

Tate Consulting was chosen by property developer, Bericote Properties to provide the mechanical, electrical and fire engineering services and has a long standing relationship with the developer.  Amongst its’ recent work with Bericote, Tate Consulting provided consulting engineering services on Asda Walmart’s £100 million 525,000 sq. ft. automated distribution unit in Warrington, completed in July 2014 and its’ £50 million 450,000 sq. ft. chilled distribution unit in Bristol, completed in early 2014.
