Following their continued expansion, we’re delighted to have won another contract with B&M for developing the building services performance specification at B&M Store’s new 500,000 sq ft distribution centre at Speke near Liverpool.

The new contract complements a range of other projects with B&M, including our fire engineering recommendations at their Grimsby store which saved the company £250,000 and building services design work on B&M’s headquarter building.

Currently on site and due to be completed next year, the Speke distribution facility will serve over 300 of the retail chain’s stores and more than two million shoppers across the UK  each week. B&M employs more than 12,000 staff and features as one of The Sunday Time’s 100-fastest-growing private companies in the UK.
