Tate Consulting are appointed by Asda to carry out the technical due diligence and co-ordination for the acquisition of circa. 50 acres of land to construct their latest cold store and service centre.

Tate co-ordinated the planning, archaeology, ecology, acoustic, geology, hydrology, transport and infrastructure consultants to provide a single point of reporting direct to Asda. With our purpose designed due diligence risk matrix, we were able to quantify the risk exposure and risk to delivery for a range of possible sites.
